Jennifer is a widely experienced international Human Resources professional with over thirty years’ insight into a variety of industries.
Beginning her career as an army officer, she then worked in retail, broadcasting and manufacturing before moving into financial services. She held board positions and led large global and regional teams for many years in the Human Capital aspects of major change initiatives and restructuring, focusing on delivering improved business performance.
During this time, she was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the School Teachers’ Review Body, an independent review body advising Government on the pay, terms and conditions of some 520,000 school teachers in England and Wales.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and an Honorary Fellow of the Centre for Leadership Studies at Exeter University.
Jennifer has been supporting St. Margaret’s Hospice since 2012, initially as an Executive Coach and, since 2013, as a member of the Trustee Board, the Chair of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nominations Committee.
