Jackie Jones
St. Margaret's Head of HR

jackie has 20 years’ demonstrable experience as a Human Resource practitioner, having previously worked for Avon and Somerset Probation Service and the NHS Primary Care Trust before joining St. Margaret’s in June 2010. 

Jackie gained her Personnel Management qualifications with the Institute of Leadership and Management in 1997, and was the first person to undertake this qualification through the South West Provincial Council at the time.

Since joining St. Margaret’s Jackie has worked alongside staff and managers as HR Advisor, HR Business Partner and currently Head of Human Resources. Her current role combines HR policy development, project work, managing the operational HR activities (which was highly praised by the recent CQC inspector) and contributing at both a strategic and operational level to support St. Margaret’s business aims.
